Equity for All (EFA) is more than an organization—we’re a movement building collective power for communities at the margins. Founded by organizers who’ve been on the frontlines of voting rights and food access, we don’t just talk about change—we create the conditions for it to take root.

Through our We Outside voter mobilization program, we train young leaders to organize their peers where traditional outreach never goes—from barbershops to bus stops. Our ROOTED IN THE CITY initiative transforms food deserts into community-controlled food sources, because justice means both a voice in democracy and food on the table.
